Whenever you upgrade a server to the latest version of BigBlueButton, either using the manual upgrade steps or the bbb-install-2.6.sh script, if you have made custom changes to BigBlueButton's configuration files, the packaging scripts may overwrite these changes. If you were to make a change to these configuration files, your changes would be lost when an updated version of the package is installed during upgrades.
